Hanging gardens

The reference to the hanging gardens is not accidental, it recalls those created by the mythical Queen Semiramis in Babylon. Existed or imaginary, they are together with Eden the first vegetable gardens or places of cultivation that are remembered. Surely they were not gardens of flowers and beauty as we can conceive them today, but places that reflected the great discovery of those times and of those peoples: agriculture, therefore certainly there were  vegetable gardens, that were a source of life and servival.
